Questions
What's in a box?
You choose! Pick The Snack Pack (4 items), The Big Dill (6) or The Whole Brine (8), then fill it with any mix of Classic Dill and Jalapeño Lime bags, fermented pickle jars, and pints of pickle salsa. Four salsas? Totally fine.
When am I billed?
Your first box is paid at checkout. After that you're billed automatically on the 21st of each month, plus sales tax.
When and where is pickup?
In Bentonville during the first or second week of each month. We text you the exact place and time, so make sure your phone number is right at checkout.
How do I change my flavors?
Visit Manage my box (link at the bottom of every page), enter your email, and we'll send you a link. Changes made before the 20th apply to that month's box.
How do I change my box size?
Same place: Manage my box. Size changes take effect at your next charge. You can change size once your first box has been made.
How do I cancel?
From Manage my box, choose “Update card or cancel.” You'll still get any box you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What if I miss the cutoff?
Boxes lock at 11:59 PM Central on the 20th. If you subscribe after that, your first box is the following month. Can't wait? DM us on Instagram @poweruppickles: we sometimes have extra jars, first come, first served.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe will email you and retry over the next couple of days. If it still doesn't go through, we'll reach out before pickup.
