Subscription policy

How billing works

Your first box is paid at checkout. After that, your subscription renews automatically each month on the day after the monthly cutoff (currently the 21st), at the price of your box size plus applicable sales tax, until you cancel.

Cutoff

Box selections lock at 11:59 PM Central time on the cutoff day (currently the 20th). Changes made before the cutoff apply to the next box; changes after it apply to the box after that.

Changes

• Swap flavors or change your box size anytime from Manage my box.
• Box size changes are available after your first box and take effect at your next charge, with no proration.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Manage my box → Update card or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you still receive any box you've already paid for and won't be charged again.

Pickup

Boxes are picked up in Bentonville, Arkansas. We text pickup details each month. Boxes not picked up within the pickup window may not be refundable. (Owner to define.)

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry automatically over the following days and Stripe emails you to update your card. If payment can't be collected, that month's box isn't made.

Refunds

Fresh food is made to order. (Owner to define refund policy.)
